Booking Questions

What's included in the event price?

Our meeting event center is 2,000 Sq Ft and can accommodate up to 100 people. There are 51 parking spots. We will provide tables and chairs. Personal decoration and other amenities are not included. We do have a kitchen area with a sink and refrigerator/freezer.

Can I serve alcohol at my event?

Yes. Alcohol is allowed if a paid, licensed security guard is present for the entire event. You are responsible for making sure that no one under the drinking age is served alcohol.

Alcohol sales is strictly prohibited!

Do you provide a full kitchen?

We do have a small kitchen with a sink and refrigerator.

Cooking via hot plate appliances is not permitted. Cooking onsite is not permitted.

Who is responsible for cleaning?

We ask that you clean up after your event using the trash containers that we provide. We will take care of disposing of the trash but expect you to leave the event space reasonably clean.

Note: Additional charges may be incurred if these rules are not followed.

Can I have a food truck on site?

Yes. Food trucks are allowed as long as they don’t block fire lanes or take up more than 2 spaces.

Does the event space have bathrooms?

Yes. We have very clean male and female restrooms with good lighting.

Do you provide catering services?

No catering services are provided by WeCare Event Center. There are many food catering companies nearby that would love to cater your event.

Are there restrictions on decorating?

You can decorate the event space freely with a few exceptions. We provide a place to attach decorations on the walls, but not directly. We provide video and sound equipment at an extra charge.

Equipment onsite cannot be unplugged.

Do you provide chairs, tables, lights, etc.

Yes. We provide tables and chairs. You may bring your own tables and chairs if you want.

What are the dimensions of your event space?

The event space is 2,000 sq ft, 37ft by 51ft including restrooms.

What kind of events do you host?

Our event space can accommodate any event type that can fit in the 2,000 sq ft space for up to 100 people. Ritualistic events are not allowed.

Is there a security deposit?

No security deposit is required but your booking must be paid in full when it is scheduled.

Can I come take a look at the event space?

Yes. Contact us and we will meet you onsite and give you a tour of our meeting event facilities. Call us at 210-338-8632. We are located at 7228 Bandera Road in Leon Valley.
